Tile flooring in Ballwin, MO

The 1990s houses that filled in the ground between Baxter Road and Clarkson Road are hitting the age where the master bath looks dated before it looks worn. Twelve inch beige squares on a diagonal, a garden tub with a tile deck, four inch bullnose everywhere.
